As Israel and Jordan mark the 25th anniversary of their historic peace treaty, former Mossad chief Efraim Halevy says the agreement is not at risk, despite tensions and disagreements surrounding the issue of two parcels of agricultural land which are slated to be given back to Jordan in early November.
